Jason Monios BA (Hons), PhD, MScResearch Associate |
Jason Monios is a research associate with the Maritime Research Group at TRI. He works primarily on the Dryport project, researching the development of freight infrastructure and its relation to network efficiency in Scotland. He has an MSc in Transport Planning & Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, and he is now undertaking a PhD on the Scottish potential of initiatives such as dryports to enhance the integration of water freight networks with other modes. He also holds a PhD in English Literature from the University of Sydney, Australia.

- Inland waterways and short sea shipping
